Friday 13th July 2007
LONDON DUATHLON COUNTDOWN CLOCK
Day twenty - Two 3 mile walks and a measured 5k (27:01).
I didn’t time my morning walks mainly because I forgot but I would guess my time would’ve been pretty similar to yesterday.
The run was very poor - I can do a lot quicker than that but I just didn’t have the energy which tells us what we already know.
I AM NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP!
The job has to go.
The good news on Friday 13th is that my money came through!
One bicycle, here I come! (Not sure when I’ll get chance to buy one though)
DIET
Four Weetabix with a bit of sugar (can’t resist it) for breakfast with an apple and orange as snacks. mid-morning.
Lunch was a spicy chicken baguette with a salad and the remains of my wife’s Chinese in the evening.
Naughty Naughty!
DRINKS
Water - 5
Coffee - 2
Tea - 0
Fruit Juice - 2
Same as yesterday except this time one of my fruit juices was pineapple.
SLEEP
6h15. Went to bed at 9:45pm but didn’t set the alarm so was extremely fortunate to wake up at 3:59am in time to get up for work.
TOMORROW’S PLAN
Another 6 miles walking and the 3 mile village route in the evening.
